M&G (formerly known as Prudential), and Invesco are responsible for managing the Scheme's property investments.
M&G
In March 1999 M&G was acquired by Prudential plc, one of the largest financial services providers in the UK and Europe. M&G is an autonomous business unit within the Prudential Group. In addition to its retail fund business, M&G functions as the asset manager for Prudential in Europe. It looks after investments for individual and institutional investors, with over £312 billion under their management as at 30 June 2024.

Invesco
Invesco Perpetual, based in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire, is one of the largest investment managers in the UK, responsible for investing assets on behalf of individual clients, fund platforms, nominees, pension funds and other corporate institutions.
